Berkeley Bionics  recently unveiled their eLEGS procedure, a lower body robotic procedure that allows paralyzed users to face up and walk on their own called eLegs
eLEGS should be accessible to paraplegic people of a variety of sizes.  eLEGS is very efficient, and allows for an entire day of walking without needing to be recharged.
It’s also incredibly quiet, that is definitely extremely important for any device that is divised to allow you to move around and interact with people in public and social conditions. Berkeley Bionics lists the range of heights as 5′ 2″ to 6′ 4″ (157 to 193 cm) and maximum weight as 220 lbs (100 kg)
