iPhone 4S is now launched in Twenty New Countries

Apple launched iPhone 4S last October, and since then it is doing well in the markets of United Kingdom, United States and Europe.

Recent report has indicated iPhone 4S has been introduced in the twenty more countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, The Philippines, Israel, Taiwan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Peru, Morocco, Chile, South Africa, Tunisia and Russia.

High cost of iPhone 4S in Brazil

In Brazil, the iPhone 4S is quite expensive in the markets as compared to the other countries in which it has been recently launched. The iPhone 4S have been priced for the 16GB as $140 in Brazil, $1628 for 32GB, and the price tag for the 64GB version is $1845.

The main reason for the price hike for iPhone 4S in Brazil is expected to the imposed import duties by the Brazilian government on the gadgets. The primary reason for Apple and Foxconn to increase the production of iOS based devices in the country.

Not only in Brazil the iPhone 4S have also been made high priced in Russia, and the cost of different models of the iPhone device ranges from $1131 to $1350. MTC is the carrier partner of Apple which is reportedly offering the iPhone 4S.

What about the price of iPhone 4S in other countries?

The other countries have almost the same base price of this gadget as in the United States and other principal markets of the Apple Company. Even the unlocked, contract free version of Apple iPhone 4S has been tagged as $649 for 16GB, 32GB for $749 and 64GB version’s price is $849.

In the UAE, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia the iPhone 4S is also directly sold through the online stores. There is a slight difference in the price, like the 16GB version is of $700, 32GB of $800 and 64GB is of $900.
